Friday, July 30- Mixed Martial Arts Weigh In LIVE at Tripper's
Come out to watch the contenders make weight before competing Saturday night at the Summit. Special guests also in attendance are 3 time UFC Heavyweight Champ Mark "The Hammer" Coleman and Wes Sims from Team Rampage "Ultimate Fighter Series". All contenders and special guests will be available for photos and autographs throughout the night form 5-9pm. So get your best game face on and come to out to enjoy all the action, only at Tripper's.

We offer complete food and beverage services for any special event. The following menus are suggested for your convenience and can be customized to meet any specific needs. We would only ask that we receive your menu selections and other arrangements no later than seven days prior to the date of the function.

Appetizer Buffet Menu

(Due to the refillable nature of this party, guests will be charged for the maximum number of  approximated people at the time of reservation booking. A minimum of 30 guests. Served over a two hour period)
  1. Choice of TWO hot appetizers and TWO cold. Served buffet style. $9.95 per person, $10.49 per person if under 25 total guests
  2. Choice of THREE hot appetizers and TWO cold. Served buffet style. $12.95 per person, $13.49 per person if under 25 total guests
